Mark Quarterman M.D.

Dr. Mark Johnson Quarterman earned his AS degree from Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College and his BS in Biology from Armstrong State College. He attend The Medical College of Georgia where he earned his M.D. degree. After earning his degree, he completed an internship in Internal Medicine at the Georgia Baptist Medical Center in Atlanta, Georgia. Dr. Quarterman's desire to pursue a career in dermatology lead him to a dermatology residency at The Medical College of Georgia. After finishing his Dermatology training, he completed a Dermatopathology fellowship at The Ohio State University.He is board certified by the American Board of Dermatology and in dermatopathology by the American Board of Pathology. He also has a special certification for Mohs Micrographic Surgery by the American Society for Mohs Micrographic Surgery.

Luke H. O'Steen

Dr. Luke O’Steen was born in Greenville, South Carolina. He attended the Honors College at the College of Charleston where he graduated summa cum laude with degrees in Biology and Chemistry. He then attended the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) where he earned his MD. For his internship, Dr O’Steen trained in Internal Medicine at Tulane Medical Center in New Orleans. He then traveled across the country to Los Angeles, CA to complete his Dermatology residency at Kaiser Permanente, where he served as Chief Resident. Dr O’Steen is interested in combining his skills in medical dermatology, dermatologic surgery, and dermatopathology to provide his patients with comprehensive skin care.

Stephen Quarterman P.A.-C.

Stephen A. Quarterman attended Armstrong State University and South University where he graduated with a degree in Physician Assistant Studies. He is a Fellow in the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants, the South Carolina Dermatological Association, South Carolina Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants and the American Academy of Physician Assistants.



Owen Murry Jr. N.P.                             

Owen Murry attended Armstrong Atlantic State University where he obtained Bachelor of Science degrees in both Health Science and Nursing. He received his Master of Science degree in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner in 2001 at Georgia Southern University. he is board certified by the American Nurse Credentialing Center and is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and the Upstate Nurse Practitioner Association.


Lori Sloan N.P.

Lori Sloan attended Clemson University and received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2002. In 2009, Lori obtained her Masters of Science in Nursing for Family Nurse Practitioner at the University of South Carolina. She is board certified by the American Nurse Credentialing Center and is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
